Abstract

The article describes the results of user survey in the Moravian Library (MZK), carried out at the end of 2010. 1120 respondents were questioned in both printed and online form. Objective of this extensive survey was to find out users satisfaction with MZK services and their responses on amends made in September 2010. The article describes the survey procedures and presents the main results of the survey.
