Vol.14,No.1-2(2009)

Abstract
The article deals with epigrams included in the Anthologia Latina that are traditionally attributed to Petronius, the author of the Satyrica. An analysis of recurrent themes and relations between content and formal structure in the examined epigrams will be produced in order to demonstrate certain interrelationships between the individual poems as well as to indicate several literary influences on Petronius.
