This article is focused on the national question at the beginning of Russian revolutionary terrorism. We found out some facts of Dm. Karakozov's life and tried to aware why this person (who was the first Russian revolutionary terrorist) wasn't as important as some other Russian terrorists. We concentrated on the role of personality in history and the specificity of national question in the Russian revolution.
