The article analyses two myths about Stalin, depicted in the main Vl. Voinovich's and D. Andreev's books. The author says, that the myth of Stalin's birth is a kind of "totemic myths" (Vl. Voinovich), but the myth about the after-death dictator's destiny is a metahistorical myth with the use of gospel texts (D. Andreev). The fulness with mythologic structures is shown in the both cases.
