Slovak-Slovenian conversational book as a tool for teaching Slovene

Abstract
In an artical is from theoretical view and also from applied lingustics point of view introduced application of Slovak-Slovene conversational book of authors Saša Poklač and Miloslav Vojtech at classes od Slovenian as second/foreign language. Based on the theoretical study of communicative competence are presented types of tasks with which are students expend variety of lingustic and pragmatic abilities. It seems, that the conversational book is useful only as a "first aid in an unfamiliar area", but it shows that students by using the book and exercises quickly acquire diffrent communicative patterns, vocabulary and social-culutral behavior.
