Slavica Litteraria No. 2/2019 contains the studies pervaded with philosophy, political science, but also comparative approaches or those linked with the topical social events from spiriutual poetry to the search for the roots of postsecularity in the Czech interwar literature through the Serbian fate of the Talks with T. G. M. to Czech-Slovak relations and South-Slavonic cultural area, including the interesting discussions about the theory of world literature at the congress of ICLA/AILC in Macau, studies in compositional poetics of the Czech and Polish 1960s prose. There is also an obituary, book reviews dealing with the books on Slavonic literatures and Central Europe (Central Europe Yesterday and Today I, II.), a set of observations from the XVI international congress of Slavists held in Belgrade and from the Ljubljana symposium on Matija Murko.
