The paper investigates the existence of translations of Czech authors' poetry and prose in Zlatna greda (Golden Beam) publication, the Society of Writers of Vojvodina's Journal for literature, art, culture, and philosophy, from 2001 to the present. This journal has successfully introduced our readers to the literary works of the Czech literature classics for fifteen years thanks to the translations of Milan Čolić and Zoran Djerić, as well as to writers of the younger generation who had not yet been translated in our country. The selection and quality of the translations, as well as their share in comparison to translations from other Slavic languages, are also examined. In comparison to other Serbian journals for literature, art, and culture published during the same period, the contribution of this publication to the promotion of Czech literature is also observed.
