Peer review

All articles are peer-reviewed, where as reviews and reports are not. Each submitted article is evaluated by two independent reviewers. Double-blind peer-review is a reciprocally anonymous process consisting of two parts – an evaluation adressed to the editorial staff (regarding originality and quality of the contribution), and anonymous notes addressed to the author of the contribution (evaluating the way of argumentation, the quality of language, the conciseness of the abstract, key words, bibliography, etc.). On the basis of these notes, the author may be asked for the revision of the contribution, in case the author refuses to revise the article, this cannot be accepted. The journal will inform the author of the reviewers′ judgements as soon as possible. Manuscripts are not returned, there is no financial gratification. The final decision on publication lies with the Chair of the Editorial Board.
