We will describe possibilities of the content part of course The Reception of Bulgarian Literature in Slovakia in the contribution. Profiles Slovak translators of Bulgarian literature in the second half of 20th century (Ján Michalko, Mária Topoľská, Ján Koška, Emil Kudlička) and their translation activities are the source not only for the interpretation of Bulgarian-Slovak literary and cultural relations in the field of translation production. Analysis of selected Bulgarian literary works and translators' life destinies creating the mosaic, which plastically reflects cultural and social, geopolitical and historical image of Slovakia and Bulgaria from the 20th century to present.
