No Longer Afraid of Library Marketing

Abstract

Experience, mistakes, surprises, opinions, visions and even naive ideas of a small, unexperienced librarian who started to do marketing and PR in a university library. She never read Kotler, but she doesn't imagine a mixed drink when she hears the phrase "marketing mix". Each of her statuses on the library FB page is influenced by how well she slept.
