Some Notes on the Role of Language in Science

Vol.6,No.1(2014)

Abstract

Language is of absolutely crucial role in how a person thinks, often without knowing it was explicitly aware of. The paper shows some aspects of the philosophy of language, which are screened in the special sciences. It aims to show what is the meaning of the adequacy of concepts to reality and effect of this relationship to build up the whole scientific world view. Presents both classical approaches, as well as Chomsky's universal grammar and analyzes its relationship to science and scientific knowledge.
